No wonder - black cumin oil contains many wonderful compounds, including:

 - 85% of unsaturated fatty acids consisting of: linoleic acid (omega-6) - approx 60%, oleic acid (omega-9) - 25%. and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) -1%.
 - vitamin E, beta-carotene, sterols, biotin, trace elements, and lots of antioxidants.

The most important compound contained in the black cumin oil is thymoquinone - an essential oil used in folk medicine because of its anti-inflammatory effect.

Black Cumin Seed Oil is not to be heated, as the nutrients get lost in the process of heating. It can be added to salads, sauces and dips or simply on it's own (1-2 tablespoons or 10ml daily).
