Millet Grain - Pure, Natural and Hulled

Obtained from the seeds of millet plant, already grown in the Neolithic era. In terms of nutritional values it matches buckwheat. Millet contains little starch, but a lot of easily digestible protein. It is rich in B vitamins B1(thiamine),B2 (riboflavin) and B6 (pyridoxine), iron and copper.

Method:

Before cooking, rinse first with cold and then with hot water. Use 2.5 glasses of boiling water or broth to 1 glass of millet. Cook(low heat, lid on) until all the water is absorbed, then leave it for about an hour in a warm oven. Enjoy cold with salads or hot with soups and all kinds of meats. It goes very well with middle eastern spices.
